About this episode

As designers, I think it is important to point out that we are individuals with our very own specialties and weaknesses, and I think the secret weapon really depends on each designer. We are not one specific type of tool but rather more like a Swiss Army knife, equipped with a combination of different skillsets.

- Kristian Trengereid

How do designers think about the future of insurance? How do they transform problems into opportunities to create business value? Can you envision a tool for great creative collaboration? One that gives repeatable success and drives business profitability to elevate any service?

On this episode, Kristian Trengereid stops by to talk about designing for the future of insurance, specifically the secret weapon essential to do this. We were curious to hear why design is so foundational for imagining the future, and how design thinking enables Gjensidige to offer differentiated and engaging services.

Bio Kristian Trengereid, is Design Lead at Gjensidige Oslo. He leads the design team Builders that has responsibility for the Design System.
