The Customer Experience Platform (CXP) enables automated, coordinated, and personalized communication across channels such as telephony, email, SMS, websites, social media, and advertising platforms.

The platform makes it possible to collect, analyze, and activate all relevant data, including behavioral data from all Gjensidige’s digital touchpoints.

Customer Experience (CX): The customers overall perception of a company, shaped by all interactions and touchpoints tin the customer journey.
