The feedback widget lets users tell us what they like and dislike about the app.
It helps us keep bad reviews out of the app stores. It will also encourage users to leave good reviews in app stores if they give us positive feedback.

The backend uses the same service as the feedback widgets on our websites. This means feedback gets sent to Slack and shows up on the Feedback dashboard, just like feedback from the website.

The user feedback in the Customer service part of the Gjensidige app is a reusable component that could be used by other apps.
